Victoria COVID-19 Update

In light of the current Coronavirus situation in Victoria, and to maintain our level of service to our customers while ensuring the health and safety of our team, we are implementing the following at our Dandenong and Tullamarine sites effective immediately:

• For pick up orders, all customers will need to schedule a pick up time. Pick ups will be available at dispatch only. No customers will be granted access via reception.
• Any pick up orders must be pre-paid prior to arrival.
• We will accept card or account payments only. No cash payments will be accepted.
• Where possible, any business will be conducted via phone or email.
• Our sites will continue to follow all safety protocols as stipulated by the local and national health authorities.
• All staff and visitors entering the building will have their temperature checked with infra-red thermometers.
• Our sites will continue to be cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis.
• Social distancing is to be adhered to at all times to maintain the health and safety of our staff.
